Emma Keating is a public arts consultant and Prince 2 Practitioner working with a wide range of public and private sector clients. Emma holds a BA in Art History & History and an MA in History of Architecture. From 1998 – 2001 she worked in the Arts Team at The Office of Public Works where she was involved in the management of the Irish State art collection, and purchasing art under the Percent for Art scheme. In 2001 she became Visual Arts Officer for Carlow County Council, and worked on Visualise, a programme of temporary arts projects in Carlow. From 2003-2008 she worked for Commissions North, Arts Council England (North East), working on the inclusion of arts strategies and artists within four major regeneration projects in the Tees Valley. Emma offers a high level of subject expertise and a proven track record of brokering projects at a senior level.
