Couple by Sean Henry is the UK’s first permanent off-shore sculpture, and was commissioned by the Inspire Public Art Initiative with funding from One North East, Northumberland Strategic Partnership, Northern Rock Foundation, Arts Council England and Wansbeck District Council.
